Panasonic and Sony announce Web 2.0 + HDTV mash-ups

Ars TechnicaBoth Sony and Panasonic laid out their IPTV initiaves at CES this week. Panasonic plans to introduce a new television series with integrated Google Picasa and YouTube access, while Sony is introducing several new channels to its Internet Video Link subscriber service.
