Michigan says MediaSentry lacks necessary PI license

Ars TechnicaThe Michigan state agency charged with licensing private investigators has indicated that the RIAA's investigative firm, MediaSentry, needs a PI license to operate in the state. Operating without such a license can be a felony under Michigan state law.
