Ars TechnicaThe EU and Microsoft have been at loggerheads for years, and signs are that the governmental organization is getting tired of it. If rumors prove true, the European Union is preparing to fine the software giant a cool $2.2 billion for noncompliance in regards to the 2004 anti-trust agreements.
