Appeals court attorneys' fees ruling could impact P2P suits

Ars TechnicaA federal appeals court has ruled that a prevailing party in a copyright case is entitled to "reasonable" attorneys' fees, contradicting another appeals court decision that denied a P2P defendant attorneys' fees from the RIAA. The case could be headed to the Supreme Court for it to sort out.
