RIAA fails again to get default judgment in uncontested case

Ars TechnicaA judge has refused to issue a default judgment for the RIAA in a case where a P2P defendant never showed up in court. In denying the default judgment motion, the judge cited the RIAA's boilerplate complaint as well the making available=infringement argument.
