Record actions and save them as an executable
Most of our day to day work activity is routine. If someone decided to monitor you during the day, then played back a video of your daily work routine, you'd probably be nervous to see the results. Why? We perform tasks in a particular manner at a certain time of the day. We even take our breaks at the same time each day. Our working lives would be easier (or we'd certainly seem a lot more productive) if we could automate the way we work. For instance, if you're used to opening a program, performing a routine, then moving to another program to do the same, why not automate this process? The problem is that creating a macro between applications is almost impossible, unless you turn to third-party software. Macro Recorder enables you to record your keyboard and mouse movements while you use your computer. You can use it to record your actions and then save these actions to repeat, as an automated process. You can sit back and watch the computer do your work for you. If you work within a group of people who perform similar tasks, why not create a standalone executable (EXE) of your actions and then give it to the rest of your group, so they can all use your new automated way of working?
